The VATC is aimed at bringing together industry, government agencies, and universities to address research, technology development, technology deployment, and standards issues related to the use of virtual reality, digital prototyping, modeling and simulation, and visualization techniques to plan, evaluate, and verify assembly processes for mechanical systems.
