Professor Uma Jayaram elected Fellow of ASME

Dr. Uma Jayaram was recently elected a Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).

The Fellow grade is truly a distinction among ASME members. Uma has the privilege of being one of only 3140 Fellows out of 112,884 ASME members. Honoring members by elevating them to the grade of Fellow demonstrates ASME’s commitment to its vision “to be the essential resource for mechanical engineers and other technical professionals throughout the world for solutions that benefit mankind.”
